The 5 in the morning was really bad at first but got a lot better the last half and the 3 in the afternoon was pretty hot . That's about it .

So maybe being sick is a good thing because I have lost about 5 pounds so that is 9 all together . Pretty sweet ! I feel like I am in wrestling again with losing so much weight .

Well I actually did better then I thought I would. I have been feeling sick all week but I still did okay. It was a slow time but I could have done better. I stayed with Michel for a little but fell back and ran with a super old guy like coaches age and finished right behind him. He was pretty cool but a little to happy he beat me which I thought was funny.

the morning run was 8 miles and it was actually pretty good in you dont count the huge mountain that we had to run up the first four miles. the afternoon 3 was good

We did hills and they really stink. But what killed me was that after the hills the biggest hill is on the way back. Not fun.

My mom didn't want me to run when we were out of town so I made a deal with her to let me run around walmart when she was shopping. It kind of got boring. But it was a pretty big walmart so that's good.

we did 3 in the morning and a 3 mile warm up for the race, but this was actually not a good race at all. Right at the start i was cut off and could not get back to the group of pine view because there was to many people. So i was behind for the first little and then it just got worst. I just didnt feel very good and it showed in the time.

4 in the morning and 3 in the afternoon around the region course, which for some reason i actually really like. they were both good runs

it was a hill work out and it was actually pretty good. i need to work keeping all of the hill hard and not just the first few and the last one. plus 3 on my own because i wasnt able to make it in the afternoon
